His advanced degree and background in healthcare and over a decade of financial and real estate experience will be instrumental to the success and development of community-based programs and overall growth of the Elite Kids Daycare & Early Learning Center, LLC.
KARMEL DAVIS, EDD
Owner/Director
Ms. Davis has over a decade of experience as a licensed educator in Secondary Education and Early Childhood Education, and extensive experience with instructional technologies and curriculum planning, specifically with Common Core State Standards. She has earned a master's degree in Early Childhood Education and a National Director's Credential. Her doctorate degree (and research interest) in Instructional Technology and Distance Education is the driving force behind the technology components in our learning program.

BRITNEY WILLIAMS, MD
Pediatric Health Consultant
Dr. Williams is a pediatrician who completed residency training in pediatrics at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Blue Mountain College before attending Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson. She will serve to guide health related standards, development of COVID-19 infection prevention protocols and procedures, child health and development in-service classes for staff, parents, and community members.
